Growing up in Westchester County, New York without money was a challenge, but as a family we did not lack for anything. We had many magical moments splashed with little tastes of luxury. Experiences to last our lifetimes. I remember learning how to drive and parallel park with my mom in Bronxville, NY. We would drive behind Pondfield Rd and Garden Ave over and over until I got it right. Right mom! We would often take our bikes for long rides along the Bronx River Parkway. Some enchanted moments indeed.
I remember when the Water Fall was so large. Funny how things can take on a larger than life feel when you are small.
